Our client is seeking an exceptional Resident Manager to join their ultra‑luxury private island resort in the Maldives. This is a standout opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives in refined, high‑touch environments and loves being at the heart of daily operations.

In this role, you’ll oversee and elevate all operational departments—including Front Office, Housekeeping, Golf, Spa, Boutique Retail, and other key guest‑facing areas—ensuring seamless service, impeccable standards, and unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll work closely with a passionate multicultural team, guiding them to deliver the personalised, intuitive service that defines world‑class island hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management.
• Proven career track record in the Luxury Hotel Industry.
• At least 5 years' international experience in luxury hospitality in a similar role or equivalent position is Rooms Division.
• Remote Island based experience very desirable
• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Other European languages would be very beneficial
• Advanced Microsoft software knowledge
• Advanced selling skills with familiarity in emotional intelligence
• Business Leadership, cross cultural work environments, exposure and critical problem analysis/resolutions skills.
• Capable of adapting to local conditions in remote locations.
• Previous successful expatriation is a must.
• Excellent Communicator.
• Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.
• Strong organisational and managerial skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Capable of managing a culturally diverse team
