DIRECTOR OF GROWTH & REVENUE SYSTEMS

 

 

MIAMI (HYBRID)

Our client, a luxury safari company, is searching for a Director of Growth & Revenue Systems. This is a senior systems role responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling a measurable, high-ticket demand engine aligned with UHNW American psychology.

 

To oversee and integrate:

  • Salesforce CRM architecture
  • Lifecycle marketing & automation (Mailchimp / marketing automation tools)
  • Paid media strategy & performance oversight
  • Technical SEO & authority strategy
  • AI integration & predictive lead scoring
  • Conversion optimization across digital touchpoints
  • Attribution modeling & revenue reporting

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Qualities

  • A systems thinker with 8–15 years of growth, RevOps, or performance leadership experience
  • Experienced in high-ticket, low-volume conversion environments
  • Deeply fluent in Salesforce architecture and marketing automation
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder-led luxury brand
  • Disciplined about attribution and ROI
  • Able to balance prestige brand sensitivity with performance rigor
  • Strategic but operationally hands-on

 

Experience

  • Salesforce (advanced configuration & reporting)
  • Marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Paid media management or agency oversight
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • SEO strategy & technical oversight
  • Analytics (GA4, tracking implementation, UTM governance)
  • Experience in luxury, private aviation, UHNW services, high-end real estate, or similar verticals preferred
