Our client, a luxury safari company, is searching for a Director of Marketing Operations and Growth Systems. This is a senior operational systems role responsible for the structure, integrity, and performance clarity of the company’s marketing and revenue infrastructure. This role ensures that strategy translates into disciplined, measurable execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualities

• Are experienced in high-ticket, low-volume conversion environments
• Operate with discipline around attribution, KPI definition, and ROI clarity.
• Balance strategic thinking with operational execution discipline.
• Are comfortable holding agencies accountable without assuming execution-level responsibilities.
• Understand how to operate within a prestige or luxury brand environment where discretion and performance rigor must coexist.
• Are comfortable working directly in a founder-led business with executive visibility.

Experience

• Salesforce (advanced configuration & reporting)
• Marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
• Paid media management or agency oversight
• Conversion rate optimization
• SEO strategy & technical oversight
• Analytics (GA4, tracking implementation, UTM governance)
• Experience in luxury, private aviation, UHNW services, high-end real estate, or similar verticals preferred
