EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and guest-obsessed Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) to join the leadership team of one of Kenya's most distinguished luxury resorts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a rising hospitality professional to take full ownership of all front-of-house operations and guest-facing activities in an iconic East African destination.

The EAM will serve as the face of the resort's guest experience — leading with warmth, precision, and a deep commitment to personalised luxury service. Reporting directly to the Resident Manager, this role is ideal for a dynamic individual ready to make their mark on the world stage of luxury hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hotels or resorts, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong operational background in either Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations) or Food & Beverage management
• Proven experience managing VIP and UHNW guests in a luxury or ultra-luxury environment
• Fluency in both English and German is essential; additional languages are an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop multicultural teams in a remote or resort setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
