ASSOCIATE FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Our client, a luxury resort in Jamaica, is seeking an experienced Associate Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B Manager in leading, planning, and coordinating all food and beverage operations. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding the resort’s service philosophy, and ensuring that departmental objectives are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate is organised, guest‑focused, and committed to excellence, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the resort’s mission and values.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or Gastronomy.
• Strong knowledge of costs, planning, food and beverage service, food safety and hygiene.
• 1 year in a similar position.
• Good communication skills
• Extensive food and beverage product knowledge & working knowledge of general restaurant operations.
• Good administrative and organisational skills
