DIRECTOR OF E-COMMERCE

An exciting opportunity awaits an innovative and commercially minded Director of E-Commerce to lead the digital growth strategy of a luxury resort in the Maldives.

We are seeking a dynamic hospitality e-commerce leader who understands how to maximize direct revenue, elevate online brand presence, and deliver exceptional digital guest journeys in the highly competitive luxury travel market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Internet Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce and online marketing, including digital campaign management and marketing automation.
• At least 5 years of website management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, web analytics, HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
• Experience with metasearch platforms, revenue management systems, and hospitality or travel industry distribution.
• Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and external agency management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
