Our client, a renowned luxury resort in Jamaica, is seeking an experienced Industrial Zone Maintenance Manager to play a critical role in the seamless operation of their world-class property.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and proactive leader to oversee the resort's essential infrastructure and utility systems, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, reliability, and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing key operational systems, including power generation, water treatment, wastewater management, HVAC, boilers, pumps, and other industrial plant equipment that support the guest experience behind the scenes.

We seek a hands-on professional with strong engineering and maintenance expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a luxury hospitality environment, balancing preventative maintenance, system performance, sustainability initiatives, and team development to ensure uninterrupted resort operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical diploma or certification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Maintenance experience in hospitality, facilities management or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
