Our client is searching for a Director of F&B to oversee all aspects of the food and beverage planning and service for their luxury Maldives resort You'll lead the team with excellence, providing training, guidance, and fostering a culture of achievement. Your role includes comprehensive oversight of service procedures, personnel management, budgeting, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. Your expertise will drive operational success and customer satisfaction in our dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 years as Director of F&B
• Previous luxury experience or Full-service experience
• University degree (3 yrs) or Diploma (2.5yrs) from a related field
• Professional qualification is an added advantage
• Must be fluent in English, another language is an added advantage
• Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Financial Skills
• Menu costing
• W set level as an added advantage
• Have and understanding of Audit culture
• Familiar with LQA standards as added advantage
• Team Oriented
• Empathetic
• Energetic
• Extraversion
• Experience in remote locations

• Experience in development of F&B Concepts, and menu revisions
