GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

MALDIVES (LIVE-IN, SINGLE ACCOMMODATION)

START DATE: ASAP

Our client is searching for a Guest Relations Officer to join the team at their luxury, high-volume resort in the Maldives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring guests are properly checked in/checked out from the system
• Participating in activities/programs organized by the department or the management
• Responding to any questions from guests, and following up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
• Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively

REQUIREMENTS:

• Should possess excellent communication skills in Spanish or French
• Must be fluent English.
• Additionally, preferably another European language besides English.
• Should have worked in the Hospitality industry in a similar position
• Should have relevant experience of at least 2 years.
• Must have done a related educational course.
• Must be a team player and a well-presented person.
