Our client is searching for a Guest Relations Officer to join the team at their luxury, high-volume resort in the Maldives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring guests are properly checked in/checked out from the system
Participating in activities/programs organized by the department or the management
Responding to any questions from guests, and following up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively
REQUIREMENTS:
Should possess excellent communication skills in Spanish or German language, in addition to fluent English.
Additionally preferably another European language besides English.
Should have worked in Hospitality industry at similar position
Should have a relevant experience of minimum 2 years.
Must have done related educational course.
Must be a team player and a well presentable person.
