Are you a visionary leader with a passion for elevating dining experiences? Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to take their luxury hotel’s dining to the next level.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The successful candidate must be passionate, well presented, possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and most importantly, will go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a true luxury experience for guests.

Additionally, you will have:

• Inspirational leadership skills.
• A background in fine dining and wine service is essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role and management experience is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong beverage and wine knowledge.
• Ability to train a team of mixed skill levels, and to manage interpersonal differences.
• Impeccable personal grooming.
• Knowledge and experience with Hospitality Management systems.
• Proficient in understanding and interpreting financial documents.
• Adaptable to guest and business needs.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• LCQ certification and a Managers’ certificate are highly desirable.
• Reliable, honest and engaged with excellent attention to detail.
• Own reliable transport
