Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to manage the staff canteen at their prestigious resort.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant qualification
• Graduate courses in cooking and safety information are an added advantage
• Experience working in a senior position.
• Ability to manage other members of the kitchen staff
• Ability to direct and plan food preparation
• Ability to lead a high-performing Kitchen team and address any disciplinary matters as they arise.
• Ability to impart knowledge to junior kitchen staff
• Experience in schedule creation
• Ability to provide consistent food quality
• Experience in large hotel operation.
