Are you a culinary visionary with a passion for excellence? Our client is on the lookout for an Executive Chef to lead and inspire their kitchen operations across a variety of dining outlets, including boardrooms and a spa.

As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests. Your commitment to the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety will set the tone for the entire team.

We are seeking a leader who thrives under pressure, excels in managing a dynamic team, and is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar high-end establishment.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene standards, with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness and safety in all kitchen areas.
• Proven experience in food costing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• A collaborative, approachable leader who fosters a positive team dynamic and encourages staff development.
• Passionate about creating high-quality, honest food with a focus on innovation and guest satisfaction.
• Comfortable engaging with guests and representing the kitchen in front of house.
• A guest-centric approach with a focus on delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
