REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in similar luxury/real estate or branded residences environment
  • A background in luxury sales
  • Energetic self-starter with a personable, mature, positive, friendly demeanor and ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office & ability to extract data and compile professional reports in excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • CRM experience beneficial but not mandatory (salesforce). 
  • Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks/projects accordingly and promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Outstanding organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High emotional IQ.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills.
  • Professional work-related degree level qualification in Business/Marketing
  • Can read, write and speak fluently in English. 
  • Confidence to interact on a social and professional level with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Passion for excellence.
