ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER

We are searching for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to coordinate and manage the correct performance of the processes in the departments under their charge and have the necessary improvements to make the operation more efficient. To comply with objectives in the accommodation area, following the policies and standards set, to achieve the guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Tourism
• 3 years in a similar position
• Management of hotel property management programs and systems (advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Excellent English
• Leadership, planning, teamwork and cooperation
• Adaptation to change and anticipation of problem solving
• Knowledge of international standards (AAA, LHW)
