REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Competencies
- Deep technical expertise in IFRS, group consolidation, and multi-jurisdictional finance.
- Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling capabilities.
- Experience driving process improvement, systems implementation, and finance transformation.
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) required.
- MBA or Master’s in Finance is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years’ progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or group-level role.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-entity, multi-country environments.
- Strong track record of managing and developing finance professionals.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries is preferred but not essential.
