EXECUTIVE CHEF

We are searching for an energetic, enthusiastic, experienced Executive Chef to head up the culinary offerings at our client, a luxury private island in the South Pacific.

The ideal candidate would be a great mentor and trainer to further develop the already excellent team on the island. Be a great supporter of farm-to-table concepts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have seafood knowledge
• Good pastry knowledge is favourable
• Formal culinary qualification
• At least 3 years at Executive Chef level
• Experience in a remote location / island is preferable
