This is a rare opportunity to oversee dynamic F&B operations in one of the world’s most breathtaking destinations. You’ll guide a passionate team, drive innovation and profitability, and ensure every detail—from service flow to safety standards—is executed with precision and care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. 
• Experience in a large-scale luxury resort with multiple outlets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including information sharing in writing
• Financial acumen and budgeting skills
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Customer-focused mindset

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive, motivating attitude ensuring a productive environment.

• Exposure to sustainability initiatives or quality assurance processes would be beneficial.
