Our client, an exclusive ultra-luxury resort in British Virgin Islands, is inviting a visionary Executive Chef to shape the future of its world-class culinary program. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to define the gastronomic soul of a destination celebrated for its elegance, creativity, and refined island living.

We’re looking for a dynamic culinary innovator with a global palate, impeccable organizational finesse, and a proven track record in luxury hospitality. As Executive Chef, you’ll lead with purpose and precision—designing inspired menus, elevating food presentation, and cultivating a high-performing team across multiple outlets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
• Proven track record as an Executive Chef or senior leadership role in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, food costing, and cost controls.
• Advanced knowledge of international cuisine, menu engineering, and food trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in HACCP, Food Safety, and First Aid preferred.
• Physically fit, able to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about culinary innovation and committed to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
• Must submit a culinary portfolio to be considered.
