Join a world-class resort on the shores of Jamaica, where excellence meets island elegance. Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize occupancy across all seasons, and elevate guest and stakeholder satisfaction.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead strategic sales initiatives aligned with budgeted targets, ensuring monthly and annual goals are met with precision. Your impact will be felt across departments, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners while championing the resort’s reputation for exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, tourism, or hotel management. Specialization in tourism business or marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and groups.  Knowledge of the national market and field sales, operational hospitality, marketing management, inventory control and occupancy percentage.
• Availability and willingness to travel.
• Managerial capacity and ease of speech.
• Special conditions: passport, American visa, driver's license.
• Microsoft 365 Office.
