Our client is seeking a seasoned Camp Manager to oversee their exclusive retreat in Tanzania. This is a rare opportunity to shape the guest journey in one of Africa’s most breathtaking landscapes—where leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for nature converge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hospitality Diploma or tertiary qualification in Hotel Management a benefit
• Experience in Tanzania
• Computer Literate
• English speaking, fluent in written and spoken English
• Previous work experience of at least 5 years in management roles 
• Management experience in a luxury lodge environment
• Systematic and strong with protocols
• Used to a reporting system and presenting month-end packs to Operations
• An understanding of budget control, financial management and planning
• HR and payroll functions
• Hands-on staff management and staff disciplinary process
• Eye for detail and good all-rounder in all aspects of the hotel – food/ beverage/ housekeeping/ front office
• Experience and ability to train staff
