Our client, a worldclass luxury resort in Fiji, is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead daytoday hotel operations with precision, passion, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences. REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior leadership role within a luxury 5star hotel or resort.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
  • A relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Must demonstrate a track record of success in high-end, international hospitality environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated superior leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hospitality Acumen: Deep understanding of the subtleties and high expectations of luxury clientele and the ability to execute services that are both discreet and highly personalized.
