Our client is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead their three luxury island resorts in the Maldives. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary hospitality leader to shape the guest experience across some of the most breathtaking destinations in the world.
In this role, you will provide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and oversee the commercial performance of all properties within the cluster. You’ll ensure that each resort delivers world‑class service, upholds brand standards, and consistently exceeds guest expectations.
