Our client, a luxury island resort in Fiji, is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to support and elevate its culinary vision. In this immersive, hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to guide the daily rhythm of kitchen operations — from sunrise mise en place through refined evening service — ensuring every dish reflects the resort’s elevated standards and fresh island ethos.
You’ll contribute to innovative menu development, wellness‑focused cuisine, daily specials, and the seamless execution of signature events. Side‑by‑side with your team, you’ll champion excellence in flavour, presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction while supporting strong cost control, operational discipline, team development, and sustainable luxury dining practices.
This role is ideal for a passionate, ambitious culinary professional who thrives in boutique island environments and is ready to help craft unforgettable dining experiences in one of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.
