You’ll uphold seamless service standards, ensure memorable guest experiences, and maintain strong team morale while quickly integrating into diverse camp environments. This role suits a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives on variety, leads with confidence, and brings stability and excellence wherever they go.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Camp Manager or Assistant
• Previous experience in bush camps will be highly valued
• Studies according to the position
• High level of English speaking
• Leadership skills, guest-oriented, strong communication skills
• Knowledge on Microsoft packages
• Team-oriented, loyal, and excellent leadership skills
• Flexibility, commitment, dedication, and reliability
• A hospitable and service-oriented attitude
• Good knowledge on the following: HR,                     Logistics/resupply, some bush/guide knowledge
