SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Our client, a leading luxury safari company, is seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Senior Procurement Officer to strengthen and streamline procurement operations across their camps and lodges.

In this pivotal role, you’ll drive efficient sourcing, manage supplier relationships, uphold procurement compliance, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing without compromising on quality. Your expertise will directly support operational continuity — securing the timely procurement of goods and services that keep remote, high‑end operations running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional procurement certification such as CPSP, CIPS, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations, preferably in hospitality, tourism, FMCG, or multisite operations.
• Experience using ERP procurement systems such as Sage Accpac or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of procurement compliance, contract management, and inventory processes.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities
