Our client, a leading luxury safari lodge company, is seeking an exceptional Travel Designer Manager to lead a motivated, guest‑centric team and drive performance in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

In this role, you’ll foster a collaborative, high‑energy culture where service excellence is non‑negotiable, and sales and operational targets are consistently achieved. You’ll guide a diverse global team, strengthen capability, optimise workflows, and champion personalised guest experiences that define the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a people management role
• Natural leader and ability to manage a diverse team on different time zones 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Strategic thinking coupled with practicality. 
• Deep understanding of the importance of personalisation.
• Critical thinker.
