HOTEL ZONE MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Our client is seeking a dynamic Hotel Zone Maintenance Manager to take ownership of the upkeep, performance, and reliability of all facilities and equipment within a designated zone of the property.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas consistently meet the hotel’s highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality. You’ll lead and motivate a dedicated maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance programs, and respond swiftly to operational needs—ultimately safeguarding an exceptional guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical diploma or certification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in hospitality, facilities management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
