MALDIVES (LIVE IN)

Our client is searching for a Director of F&B to manage and supervise all F&B operations on their luxury Maldives resort. You'll lead the team with excellence, providing training, guidance, and fostering a culture of achievement. Your role includes comprehensive oversight of service procedures, personnel management, budgeting, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. Your expertise will drive operational success and customer satisfaction in our dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ leading F&B service at some of the worlds best 5* luxury hotels/resorts, exposure to Michellin starred service and experience in the Maldives preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or relevant diploma will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (English) and impeccable inter-personal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes with great attention to details.
• Possesses outstanding guest service skills striving to exceed guests’ expectations
• Ability to focus attention on guests needs with a pleasant and charming personality.
• Experience in Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Travel Guide standards
