RESORT GENERAL MANAGER

Seeking a General Manager for a prestigious Resort in the Maldives. We're on the lookout for a candidate with a proven track record in the luxury sector, adept at upholding exceptional standards and optimizing operational efficiency. The General Manager functions as a strategic business leader for the resort, overseeing Finance, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, POMEC, and Safety & Environment. In this role, you will develop and implement resort-wide strategies to exceed the needs and expectations of our target customers, drive team engagement, and focus on revenue growth and financial performance while safeguarding and enhancing the resort's asset.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 – 10 years experience as a GM with exposure to large operations preferable.
• F&B background preferable
• MUST hold 3 years Diploma or Bachelors degree or higher, and should be in a related field (this is a mandatory requirement to obtain a  Work visa
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster teamwork
• A commitment to maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction. Customer-centric.
• Luxury experience
• Maldives experience an advantage
• Strong communications skills
• Fluent in English, Multilingual will be an advantage
• Able to work in remote environments
• Systems management
• Finance management
• Revenue generation
