REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years’ leading F&B service at some of the world’s best 5* luxury hotels/resorts and experience in the Maldives preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or relevant field essential.
• Excellent communication skills (English) and impeccable inter-personal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes with great attention to details.
• Possesses outstanding guest service skills striving to exceed guests’ expectations
• Ability to focus attention on guests needs with a pleasant and charming personality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, culinary techniques, and industry best practices.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
