ASSISTANT GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for an experienced and outgoing Assistant to the Guest Services Manager to join our client's dynamic team at their luxury Jamaican Resort. In this role, you will lead our guest services team, ensuring every interaction leaves our guests feeling satisfied and comfortable.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position within a large 5-star luxury hotel
• Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation techniques
• Familiarity and interest in the industry’s latest trends
• Hands-on experience with guest relationship management software
• Proficiency in English, (multilingualism will be considered an asset)
• Excellent problem-resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
