Are you passionate about excellence and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Our client is searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Director of Engineering to join their diverse team at their luxury resort. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay reporting directly to the GM.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Has 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in a hotel maintenance environment. Powerhouse experience as an advantage.
• Possesses aptitude, management skills, and upward mobility
• Possesses excellent English, math, and psychometric abilities. Proficient in English written and spoken an advantage.
• Possesses college diploma or vocational certificates
• Must have at least a trade background in a mechanical or electrical engineering field
• Physically fit and swimming competency
