SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree or diploma in related field
5-10 years experience in HR in hospitality
At least 3 years in the position of HR Manager in a large 4 to 5 star hotel with a large staff complement
Must have experience working with expatriates
Compassion and sensitive
Excellent communication skills
Organized, efficient and systems-orientated
