VICE PRESIDENT-SALES

 

 

MALDIVES (MALE, LIVE OUT)

 

 

START DATE: 1 NOVEMBER 2025

 

 

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President - Sales to lead the sales strategy for a portfolio of 5-star and ultra-luxury resorts in the Maldives. This role is responsible for driving revenue, developing global partnerships, and ensuring a robust sales pipeline across multiple channels. The VP - Sales will play a pivotal role in positioning the resorts as premier destinations for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), luxury travelers, and corporate clients worldwide.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in luxury hospitality sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a portfolio of high-end resorts or hotels.
  • Luxury Market Expertise: Proven experience in selling 5-star resorts, luxury hotels, private islands, or ultra-luxury hospitality services.
  • Global Network: Established relationships with key players in the luxury travel sector, including elite travel advisors, VIP concierge services, and premium tour operators.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin are a plus).

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the Maldives or other ultra-luxury island destinations.
  • Background in UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) guest engagement and VIP hospitality sales.
