TRAVEL GENERAL MANAGER - CORPORATE

We’re seeking an exceptional Corporate Travel General Manager to take the reins of our client’s travel operations, shaping and optimizing programs while fostering strong supplier relationships. If you have expertise in Amadeus, a solid grasp of NDC (New Distribution Capability), and a deep understanding of both corporate and leisure travel, this is your opportunity to shine.

This role goes beyond traditional management—empowering Independent Travel Consultants (ITCs), streamlining processes across our departments, and collaborating with the finance team to deliver seamless and efficient travel solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant degree advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international travel trade preferred, specializing in the corporate / business sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, people management, risk management, and change management.
• Result-oriented, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Proactive mindset, and the ability to organise, motivate and encourage a team.
