EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF

 

 

MALDIVES (LIVE IN, SINGLE ACCOMMODATION)

 

 

START DATE: ASAP

 

 

Take the lead in crafting exceptional pastry and dessert experiences as our client's Executive Pastry Chef. You’ll oversee all sweet operations, setting the tone for quality, creativity, and consistency that delights guests and elevates the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, Asian experience is a plus.
  • Previous Luxury experience or Full-service experience
  • University degree or Diploma in a related field
  • Professional qualification is an added advantage
  • English, other language is an added advantage
  • With strong knowledge of the bakery.
  • French pastry and French bakery trained.
  • Creative
  • Proficient in English. Other language skills are desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.      
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
