DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING / CHIEF ENGINEER

Our client, a world-class luxury hospitality group, is seeking an accomplished Director of Engineering to lead operations across two stunning resort properties in Fiji. This is a rare opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership in one of the most breathtaking destinations in the world.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Electrical or Mechanical Background
• Knowledgeable in Reverse Osmosis Plants, Generators, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Solar plant management would also be an advantage
• Has a proven track record in implementing preventative maintenance systems
• Remote Island Experience is an advantage, as is working for a branded hotel with good operating systems
• Previous Fiji would be an advantage
• IT proficient with good administration skills and record keeping.
• Able to effectively manage contracts of subcontractors
• Willing to work with and coach the local Fijian workforce
• Must be able to work with the local team implementing systems of organisation of works and preventative maintenance.
