GENERAL MANAGER - HOSPITALITY

Our client, a leading safari lodge and camp group in Botswana, is seeking an exceptional GM Hospitality to champion service excellence across its portfolio.

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides strategic leadership and handson guidance to highperformance hospitality teams, ensuring consistently outstanding guest experiences across all owned and partner properties.

 

As a key member of the Operations Management Team, the GM Hospitality collaborates closely with Lodge General Managers to plan, develop, and implement hospitality strategies that elevate quality, strengthen operational efficiency, and uphold the group’s signature standards across every lodge and camp.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Tourism/Hospitality/business or relevant field with a post graduate qualification diploma in business administration.
  • CPD in Leadership/Governance/Finance/Management.
  • Solid experience in the high-end, luxury safari hospitality market. Minimum of ten (10) years in the eco-tourism industry, of which at least five (5) is at a senior management level.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of dealing with travel trade partners, as well as comfort with interacting with guests from around the world.
