Our client, a leading safari lodge and camp group in Botswana, is seeking an exceptional GM Hospitality to champion service excellence across its portfolio.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides strategic leadership and hands‑on guidance to high‑performance hospitality teams, ensuring consistently outstanding guest experiences across all owned and partner properties.
As a key member of the Operations Management Team, the GM Hospitality collaborates closely with Lodge General Managers to plan, develop, and implement hospitality strategies that elevate quality, strengthen operational efficiency, and uphold the group’s signature standards across every lodge and camp.
