EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Our client is searching for an Executive Housekeeper to be responsible for leading housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, typically requiring strong leadership, budgetary control, and experience in the hospitality sector. Ideal candidates possess managerial experience, proficiency with technology, and the flexibility to work varied hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Manage and mentor staff, providing training and leadership.
• Control operational costs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a managerial position in a Hotel/Resort
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Material Control, Opera Cloud system
• Excellent attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to standards.
• Must be customer focused and respond promptly to guests needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills on all levels
• Must be honest, reliable and have a friendly and outgoing personality        
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid Class 2 Driver license
