Our client, a luxury island resort in Fiji, is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to shape and elevate its culinary identity. This immersive, hands‑on leadership role oversees the full rhythm of daily operations — from sunrise mise en place to refined evening service — ensuring every plate embodies the resort’s elevated standards and fresh island ethos.
You’ll lead innovative menu creation, wellness‑driven cuisine, daily specials, and flawless delivery of signature events. Working closely with your team, you’ll champion excellence in flavour, presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction while maintaining disciplined cost control, strong operational performance, team development, and sustainable luxury dining practices.
This role is ideal for a passionate culinary leader who thrives in boutique island environments and is ready to craft unforgettable dining experiences in one of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.
