Join a prestigious luxury resort group in the Maldives as Group Director of Technical Services! In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee project management for developments and refurbishments, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

With expertise in engineering, project management, and back-office operations, you will provide strategic guidance to senior management while driving technical services in alignment with the resort’s brand standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering Management, or any related engineering / technical field
• Minimum 10 years experience in hotel engineering services, including at least 5 years in corporate / regional / cluster engineering roles
• Must have previously held a Cluster / Regional / Multi-property Director of Engineering role
• Experience in remote island locations will be an advantage
• Fluent in English, strong communication skills
