Our client, a prestigious luxury resort in Jamaica, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laundry Manager to lead their linen operations with precision and care.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the laundering, registration, and distribution of linens across guest rooms, restaurants, and service areas—ensuring every item meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency. You’ll manage a dedicated team, uphold quality control, and ensure timely turnaround to support seamless guest experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or technician in business administration, hotel management.
• Textile engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of working in laundry of hotels of the same category and size.
• Knowledge of general laundry procedures; washing and drying techniques; operation of washing machines, dryers, mangles, towel, and sheet folds; turning alarms on and off.
• Management of industrial equipment of 5-star hotel laundries.
• Equipment management a benefit.
