ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

ZANZIBAR (LIVE IN, SINGLE ACCOMMODATION)

An exciting opportunity awaits at a brand-new luxury resort in Zanzibar. Our client is seeking a detail-driven and strategic Assistant Financial Controller to support the Financial Controller in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the resort’s commercial success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in 5* resorts in the position of AFC
• International experience preferred
• Experience in large operations
• Minimum 3 years experience as AFC
• Knowledge of USALI and hotel systems (SUN, Opera, Protel Air).
• Degree in accounting from a recognised tertiary institution or a professional accounting qualification
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Data analysis and forecasting experience
• Zanzibar/Tanzania experience will be a great advantage
