Our client, a distinguished luxury safari group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Management Couple to lead one of their exclusive camps.

In this pivotal role, you will champion the seamless day‑to‑day operation of the camp, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while nurturing a motivated, high‑performing team. You’ll oversee the upkeep of camp facilities, uphold the Group Environmental Minimum Standards (GEMS), and deliver hospitality that reflects the brand’s renowned excellence.

At the heart of the role is the ability to craft personalised safari journeys—anticipating guest needs, elevating comfort, and consistently exceeding expectations. Clear, proactive communication is essential, ensuring every team member understands and delivers on each guest’s unique preferences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a senior camp management role, ideally in a remote, multi-property operations.
• Proven track record in team leadership, operational management and guest relations
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
