Do you have a warm personality, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality? Our client is searching for a professional Hostess to enhance the onboard experience for guests on a private/charter sailing yacht.

Itinerary: Cape Town / Caribbean / Mediterranean.

Catamaran Yacht Specs: 23.85m / 63 GT

Crew of 4

Guest accommodation for up to 10 guests in 4 suites

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure top-tier guest experience onboard.
• Manage cabin and interior upkeep, dining service, and guest assistance.
• Support the crew in daily operations during the journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in professional yachting or luxury hospitality.
• Strong skills in guest relations, service, and organization.
• Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages a plus.
• Friendly, well-presented, and adaptable to life at sea.
• No visible tattoos
• Non-smoker, sober habits

Certificates and Qualifications:

• STCW and ENG1 certifications (mandatory).
